3D stitching enhances dental view

Dentists keen to maximise on the capabilities of their Kodak 9000 3D and Kodak 9000C 3D extra-oral imaging systems should consider using the powerful capabilities of Carestream’s 3D stitching program.
This software allows users to deal with cases requiring a larger view of the dental anatomy – it can create high quality composite images of up to 85 x 66 x 37mm. The high resolution (200µm) capabilities of the stitching program ensures patients are not exposed to more radiation than is necessary.
Carestream’s stitching program now comes as standard with the new Kodak 9000 and Kodak 9000C 3D imaging systems and is available as an upgrade for existing users.
