Ice creams with highest sugar and fat content revealed

As the warmer weather rolls in, the ice cream treats with the highest sugar content have been revealed.
Four out of five of the ice creams and lollies with the most sugar are Magnums – with Magnum Salted Caramel taking the top spot with 27g.
This is according to new research carried out by website Play Like Mum.
Magnum Almonds and Magnum Double Caramel both came in second with 24g. These were followed by Lotus Biscoff Ice Cream Sticks and Magnum Whites at 23g.

- Magnum Salted Caramel – 308 calories

- Nice by Nature Mango and Banana Lolly – 24 calories
- Ms. Molly’s Fruit Lolly – 25 calories
- Robinson’s Fruit Shoot Lolly – 35 calories
- Mini Twister – 38 calories
- Ms. Molly’s Milk Lolly – 52 calories

- Lotus Biscoff Ice Cream Sticks – 21g
- Häagen-Dazs Peanut Butter Crunch – 20.9g
- Magnum Salted Caramel – 19g
- Magnum Almond – 17g
- Häagen-Dazs Salted Caramel – 16.9g

- Rowntree’s Fruit Pastille Push Up Lolly – 0g

The researchers looked at ice lollies, ice cream cones and ice creams on sticks sold online at Tesco on 28/07/2020.
